The Brief

With its foundational year nearing completion, Solventum, one of the newest Fortune 500-ranked organizations, set out to create a cultural watershed moment. A pivotal experience to unite global leaders, celebrate a bold beginning, and ignite momentum for what’s next. 

With more than 175 leaders expected from around the world, many meeting in person for the first time, the stakes were high. With no existing event precedent, and just eight short weeks to bring it to life, the pressure was on. They needed a partner who could move quickly, bring order to complexity, and set the standard for legacy. They entrusted BeEvents to bring their vision to life.

The expectation was set, what followed was an agile and deliberate strategy. 

We began by building an unshakable team of specialized experts who could claim ownership, hit the ground running, and adapt in real time. Then, we broke the project’s complexity into clear segments, with every meeting, approval, and decision mapped in advance. 

We designed a three-day meeting to unfold with high-energy connection, then honed in on alignment and forward momentum with content development that carried a consistent narrative throughout.

Next, we created a hyper-branded moment. We infused Solventum’s bold identity into every touchpoint to create a living brand moment that felt unmistakable. Vibrant green anchored each space, while curvilinear design features and organic graphics reinforced their visual language. 

Then, we sought out opportunities to leverage interactive tech to seamlessly enhance the user experience and provide stakeholders with post-event data to demonstrate successful achievement of objectives.

Behind the scenes, our production team worked as an extension of Solventum to build a run-of-show stage production that was emotionally resonant and high impact. Tight scripting, visual presentation development, and speaker collaboration made every transition seamless, and every message land.

Every move was intentional. Every detail connected back to the vision. And every member of the team knew exactly what had to happen next.

The Experience

From the moment guests arrived, they knew this wasn’t just any summit, it was a living brand moment catapulting Solventum into the future. A milestone moment, day one marked Solventum’s one-year anniversary. “Solvers” were welcomed, custom-fitted with Solventum-green swag, snapped new headshots, and proudly strapped on wearable tech wristbands that connected them to the experience in real time. 

The venue buzzed with curiosity during the Experience Showcase where sixteen internal teams shared innovations from AI to policy, care and culture. Guests roamed independently between booths, checking into each station with their wristband, to learn and understand the bigger picture.

As guests mingled, many for the first time in person, the wristbands color-coded to assign teams for a high-energy team-building challenge. Guests rotated through physical and mental activities, charitable donations were tied to every minute of participation supporting The Birthday Party Project

The evening wrapped with a lively birthday party celebration complete with tiny mic confessions, an impressive 4-foot brand-inspired cake, and moments of real connection. The wristbands lit up in sync across the dance floor as a visual reminder that everyone was a part of something bigger.

The next two days brought clarity and focus. General sessions featured real patient stories, leadership vision, and necessary conversations around strategy, purpose, and the future. Dynamic breakouts and panels started conversations that made the company’s mission tangible.

The experience culminated in an on-brand awards dinner that celebrated employees for the individual contributions to the team. By the end, leaders felt equipped and empowered to bring the message back to their teams. The CEO praised the event for its boldness and cohesion, and best of all the bar is now set for what comes next.
